Museum of Fine Arts hosts a luncheon to speak out against the Inner Belt.

At the luncheon for city business and cultural leaders, MFA director Perry Rathbone warns, “[The Inner Belt will] turn Boston, with its charm and beauty, into a precinct of no more distinction than downtown Tulsa or Wichita.”
